While our meetings are based on the Eastern Time Zone, members from around the world join our room at their respective times to participate in our meetings.

We observe the changes into Daylight (“Saving”) Time and back to Standard Time according the United States conventions:

  • On the first Sunday in April, the room operates on EDT (-400 GMT or UTC-4).  Those states (Arizona, Indiana) and countries that do not change on the same date should meet us one hour earlier than usual.  Those countries below the equator (like Australia) that change their clocks in the other direction from the US should meet us two hours earlier.
  • On the last Sunday in October, the room operates on EST (-500 GMT or UTC-5).  Those states (Arizona, Indiana) and countries that do not change on the same date should meet us one hour later than usual.  Those countries below the equator (like Australia) that change their clocks in the other direction from the US should meet us two hours later.
